50% Before 30 days of Trip

25% At the time of regestration on site

Cancellation & Refund Policy — Khajuraho Heritage Drive (25–29 Oct 2025)

1) 100% Refund — 30+ days before trip start

 

• Cancel on or before Thursday, 25 September 2025 (11:59 PM IST) → Full refund.

2) 50% Refund — 15–29 days before trip start

 

• Cancel from Friday, 26 September 2025 to Friday, 10 October 2025 (11:59 PM IST) → 50% refund.

3) No Cancellation / No Refund — within 14 days of trip

 

• Cancellations from Saturday, 11 October 2025 onward (including no‑show) → No refund.

 

 

Notes

 

• Refunds exclude any non‑recoverable costs already paid to third parties (e.g., permits, safari passes, special bookings).

• Name substitution is allowed up to 72 hours before start, subject to approvals and transfer fees (if any).

• All refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
